Today I received some interesting news from one of my international friends –Ed Hardy, Editor of Brighthand.com– about the Brighthand Mobile Film Festival. This is, according to the description on the Brighthand Mobile Film Festival page:
” … a two day event sponsored by TechnologyGuide.com and Brighthand.com that showcases some of the most creative and interesting made-for-mobile content designed for display on small-format wireless cell phones, smartphones and communications-enabled devices.”
Submit your own films for the Brighthand Mobile Film Festival
“We’re looking for entries for this festival from six different content categories: Comedy, Drama, Music, Animation, Commercial, and Series. Submissions should run about three-minutes or so, and can be in virtually any format.”
In the screenshot above you can see already some of the submitted video’s among the different categories. If you are creative, ambitious and you feel triggered by this article, you will certainly love to submit your own video and keep your fingers crossed that you will enter the finals.
“In addition, finalists in each category will be awarded a guaranteed 60 days of national distribution on the mFlix mobile film channel, one of the first mobile channels of its kind in the U.S. now available on the Sprint PCS wireless network.”
