T-Mobile Samsung Vibrant a Samsung Galaxy S Phone Review – Unboxing

We just received another Samsung Galaxy S Phone. This time it is the T-Mobile Samsung Vibrant. The design is more rounder compared to the Samsung Captivate from AT&T.  The release date is set for June 21st, 2010.

This device comes pre-loaded with the full Avatar movie on a SD Card, The Sims, Kindle and MobiTV application.

The Samsung Vibrant will cost you $199.99 with a qualifying voice and data plan on a new two-year agreement.

There are some small difference in the User Interface compared to the Samsung Captivate we earlier reviewed. For example when you drop down the notification bar you will have not the quick links WiFi, Bluetooth Silent and Vibration Profile like the Captivate but you will have Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS and your Silent Profile.

I already mentioned before that the design is more rounder compared to it’s AT&T brother. The rounded design with the chrome trim actually makes it look like the Apple iPhone 3GS, just taller and wider.

Since that the Samsung Vibrant comes with a 2GB Sd card the unboxing included a Micro SD Adapter to regular SD format.

Make sure to check out our earlier review of the Samsung Captivate. Here we go deeper into the specifications, functionality and User Interface on these Samsung Galaxy S Phones. This includes a video as well.

The Samsung Epic 4G from Sprint and the Samsung Fascinate from Verizon are the two other Samsung Galaxy S phones which are going to be released soon. These will have slide out landscape keyboards. Images below are form the Samsung Eipc 4G.
