I did review the Verizon HTC Thunderbolt last week. During this week I have been using this first LTE device from Verizon and did notice a quick power consumption on this device. There are many other reports from users and reviewers having the same problem.LTE is not widely available yet, but the huge power consumption seems to be affecting users in the non-LTE covered area as well as in the LTE covered area. Verizon's LTE network gives us the first LTE mobile phone, the HTC Thunderbolt. The New Motorola DROID X continues the heavy Droid Marketing with the Verizon network. The Google website started this week to refer Verizon customers to the Verizon website to buy the Verizon HTC Incredible instead of the Google Nexus One which is made by HTC as well. Verizon MiFi versus Satellite Internet in Rural Areas

Having a cabin in the rural area of the Catskills in NY,  I was forced to get satellite internet, since there was no availability of DSL or Cable internet.
